Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We offer free express shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days. There is no minimum order value to qualify free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, public holidays, remote or regional delivery areas, or high order volume. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. MrPAU Lab Supply is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist in coordinating with the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
